Philippe Desombere
COOPhilippe is a respected, hands-on leader with a strong track record of building and developing high-performing teams. He began his career as a financial auditor and qualified as a registered statutory auditor in Belgium.
He successfully led EY Belgium’s Financial Services practice for around ten years, working with large international organizations. His broad experience across finance, risk and compliance in highly regulated environments has enabled him to build strong, trusted relationships with leading financial institutions.
Ben Decraemere
Director of ComplianceBen has over 18 years of experience in Financial Services consulting, with a background in external audit. Since 2015, he has specialized in Compliance with a strong focus on Financial Crime. As Managing Director at NORRIQ FS, he leads the Compliance team, overseeing transformation and operational projects. He helps organizations strengthen their compliance frameworks through process optimizations, tool implementations, and strategic adjustments.
Nicolas Campodonico
Director of Insurance, technology, data & AIWith over 20 years of experience in insurance and financial services, Nicolas has built deep expertise in operational transformation, IT strategy, and data management. He has a strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs spanning strategy, organization, technology and people. He most recently served as COO at Athora Belgium, where he was an ExCo member driving IT, operations and the company's transformation to support organic and M&A growth. Previously at Generali Belgium, he led the Non-Life Insurance business.
Nicolas Pavlovitch
Director of Finance & RiskWith over 20 years of experience, Nicolas has established a strong reputation in regulatory finance, risk & data management, and governance. He has successfully led high-impact projects for leading banks, asset managers, and insurers across the Benelux region, helping clients navigate complex regulatory environments. At Norriq FS, Nicolas plays a role in positioning the company as a trusted partner in financial services consulting, with a particular focus on driving growth within the Finance and Risk competencies.
Gunther Serruys

As the leader of the Banking Transformation practice at NORRIQ FS and a Management Team member, he drives operational efficiency and digitalization. Previously, he spent 24 years at EY FSO, building a strong reputation for leading transformational projects. With deep expertise in Invest and Lending, he helps financial institutions implement strategic change and optimize compliance in regulatory areas such as AML/KYC and MiFID.
