Consultant Agile Scrum Master Banking

Based on concrete opportunities at our key client, one of the largest banks in Belgium, we are looking to strengthen our transformation team with experienced Agile Scrum Masters.

As an Agile Scrum Master, you will support our clients to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog to ensure successful delivery of technology and business initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile practices and principles.
• Remove obstacles and roadblocks that impede team progress.
• Work with Product Owners to prioritize the product backlog and ensure that user stories are clear and concise.
• Monitor team progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Continuously improve the Agile process by incorporating feedback and lessons learned.
• Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure continued success and improvement.

Our Agile Scrum Masters:

• Have a master degree or assimilated.
• Have experience as an Agile Scrum Master or related role in the finance/banking industry.
• Have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Have excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Can manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Have experience in managing projects involving technology solutions.
• Are fluent in English and in Dutch or French, with at least a passive knowledge of the other language.
• Are proficiency with Agile software and tools.
