NORRIQ Financial Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with a minimum of two years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role, who is reporting directly to the managing director is a very broad role with many aspects and will play a crucial role in driving our brand awareness and generating leads through effective marketing campaigns and engaging content creation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to marketing initiatives and internal event organisation
- Taking responsibility for our internal document management, including CVs, company presentation, solution presentation and providing input and contribution
- Contribute to supporting our company website
- Create engaging and visually appealing social media content to support our market branding and employer branding.
- Contribute to the preparation of impactful PowerPoint presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Supporting the managing director with internal processes such contracting, invoicing, business plans and internal analysis.
- Workplace is in Brussels with partly teleworking
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or any related field.
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and the full Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Well organised, proactive and communicative person
- Excellent trilingual communication skills in French, Dutch, and English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on digital marketing channels such as LinkedIn, email, and social media.
