Recruitment process
- When you apply at NORRIQ Financial Services, you will immediately be contacted by Michaël or Imke to have a first introduction meeting via Teams or in the office.
- Afterwards, you get the opportunity to be invited to our office to meet one of our directors to talk about potential projects and challenges in the role you would fulfil.
- All our NORRIQ Financial Services consultants fill out an assessment at home, where we gather more information about personality, motivation, and cognitive behaviour.
- This results in a final conversation with one of your direct colleagues or management.
- Finally, you will receive your offer to join NORRIQ Financial Services.
Typically our recruitment process takes about maximum 3 weeks.
